Cuttack:13.12.2013:(Odisha Bulletin): Raja Swain: Ranendra Pratap Swain ,popularly known as Raja Swain /Raja Bhai and now the M.L.A of Athagarh in his hatric innings has his grass-root politics in his constituency and from the day one of his carrier as student ,man and politicians ,Raja has always been using his muscle and money power to come to power at any cost ,not to serve the people ,public in Athagarh comments within their curtains.Adding strength to Raja ,Rakesh ,a under world life ,came to him with money and muscle .Ruling for his black world continued walking on the red carpet of politics but all his ambition for politics got activated by Raja Bhai,being his founder and also mentor .All that Raja Bhai requires reaches without fail and Athagarh as a whole remained confined to the rule of Rakesh backed by Bhai Raja .

Infamous Sarpanch Rajesh Nayak , under Athagarh block in the district of Cuttack who conceals himself in the Rat Shell of Ranendra Pratap Swain(M.L.A) Athagarh has been arrested by the Kolkata police on charges of a series of crimes, including murder .

Sources said, the  Infamous Sarpanch Rajesh Nayak  has been in the close association of Mr. Ranendra Pratap Swain; and being a privileged local leader gets involved with lot of crimes under the protective umbrella of Raja Bhai . Sources further said ,while filing his nominations ,he has suppressed all his criminal records with the help of Raja Bhai (Mr. Ranendra Pratap Swain); the irony , all  these days of his being concealed under Rat's shell of Raja Bhai is nothing but attributing to harbouring the offender which warrants penal action U/s 212 of I.P.C .

Ranendra   Pratap Swain as M.L.A is said to be carrying personality unlike other MLAs and knows each one of his constituency ;since he believes in muscle power ,he prefers to be in touch with the persons like Rajesh Nayak. Raja Sawin is so concerned he has prevailed over the   Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to take up effective election  campaign for Khuntakata Panchayat Sarpanch Rajesh Nayak, who, was arrested by the Kolkata police on charges of a series of crimes, including murder. A team of armed police on Monday evening arrested Khuntakata Sarpanch Rajesh Nayak on charges of having committed several crimes in Kolkata. BJD MLA Ranendra   Pratap Swain on January 25, 2012, along with Chief Minister Naveen  Patnaik had urged people to vote for Nayak, the BJD-supported candidate, for the Sarpanch post. MLA Swain was a strong backer of Nayak. However, despite the CM’s campaign, Nayak lost the election to Independent candidate Bilas Chandra Behera by over 1,000 votes.

According to sources, Nayak had won as Sarpanch in a bye-election after the elected Sarpanch Bilas Chandra Behera resigned from his post just after winning the last PRI elections showing personal cause, but our investigating team suggests that Bilas Chandra Behera was made to resign on gun point. As Nayak had criminal background, none dared filing nomination against him. Kolkata police had tried several times to arrest him with the assistance of local police,  but in vain. However, this time, the Kolkata police were successful in arresting Nayak. They had not informed the Athagarh police about their raid on Nayak’s hideout.

Sources said, locals of Athagarh suspect his connection with M.L.A  has always been questionable for which the mobile of Mr. Nayak, if examined call wise along with respective voices recorded in the server may bring the nexus as to how Rajesh Nayak had established his Crime Kingdom in Odisha he had his criminal domain spread over the country and who is the king pin masterminding his evading the arrest.

The confession statement of the accused Rakesh will be instrumental to bring  a great deal of PARDAFASH of Raja Swain ,public believes.In the induction day of film star Anubhav ,Rakesh the murder-criminal posed himself as a star attraction in the same platform where the top brass like BJD Supremo Naveen Patnaik and Ranendra Pratap Swain had their active sharing in the function.Under such circumstances ,involvement of Raja Swain in the Black Dunia (Black Empire ) of Rakesh , a hardened criminal can not be ruled out and as a matter of criminal jurisprudence ,Raja Swain's motive for induction Rakesh is worth considering.
